Gadidam Venkateswara Temple is dedicated Bhagvan Vishnu (Venkateshwara) and is located near Bagepalli Town in Karnataka.
Legend has it that the temple was constructed by King Janamejaya for washing away the sins caused by killing of snakes in the Sarpayaga.
The temple was later renovated by the Chola and Vijayanagara kings.
